研究领域:食品分析与化学计量学
陆维盈,副教授,硕士生导师。从事食品分析化学、食品安全与质量控制的研究。研究工作主要包括:非目标性食品检测技术原理及实践;对功能保健食品进行指纹图谱信息采集、化学计量学、计算机图形学研究;运用高效液相色谱、超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用、气相色谱、活性评价等分析技术,对菊花、橄榄油、枸杞子、车前子等的活性健康功能组分进行评价;建立多种牛乳的多元指纹图谱的质量评价及蓄意添加的鉴伪方法;建立细胞肝毒性的预测模型。近年来以第一或通讯作者在国际重要学术期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
