研究内容
  • 本实验室为“细胞器与逆境生物学马普伙伴研究组” (Max Planck Partner Group)。实验室以模式植物拟南芥和园艺作物马铃薯、番茄为研究对象,聚焦叶绿体蛋白运输与蛋白稳态调控、逆向信号、以及植物对温度胁迫的响应机制研究。综合运用遗传学、细胞生物学、转录组与蛋白组学,结合生物信息学和AI等多种策略,鉴定关键调控因子和新基因,为高光效、耐高温/耐低温作物育种提供新基因资源和新途径,并结合合成生物学和精准基因编辑等手段实现智慧育种应用。
